Parenting coach for inclusive parenting
Ashley Oolman, MBA, IDI QA, is the founder and equity strategist for Allied Fork, where she guides organizations on how to build equitable community spaces. Oolman partners with others, from large corporations to individual change agents, using evidence-based best practices, product development, and progressive thought leadership. With more than a decade of leadership experience in advocacy, employment, and workplace culture, she is skilled at navigating complex environments and providing actionable insights for growth.
Oolman serves on a collective impact task force as well as a coalition of providers supporting transracially adopted youth to reinforce their development of positive Black identity. She also coaches local parents on inclusive parenting and includes children in critical conversations. Above all, as a Black neurodivergent change agent, Oolman is committed to inclusion as a way to advance human rights for all people, in all walks of life.
Oolman earned a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Stout, and a master of business administration degree from Louisiana State University Shreveport. She also has a Diversity and Inclusion Certification from Cornell University and is an Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Quality Administrator.
