Michelle Lassiter, MA, CCC-SLP, is a bilingual speech-language pathologist for a public school system in South Carolina. She evaluates and treats preschoolers with phonological disorders and delays, childhood apraxia, articulation disorders, autism, ADHD, and more. Lassiter also is the state’s representative for Tobii Dynavox, a company that provides assistive technology hardware and software for people with communication and mobility challenges.
In the past, Lassiter provided interpretation and English/Spanish translation services for federal law enforcement. She also has held roles as a speech-language pathologist in a hospital setting and for Easter Seals in Florida.
Lassiter earned both her bachelor of arts and master of arts degrees in speech-language pathology at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
