Loucresie Rupert, MD, is a child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist with Gundersen Health System, specializing in ADHD, autism, learning differences, and other forms of neurodivergence. She also works with children with trauma, children in foster care or who have been adopted, and adults with developmental disabilities. 

She aids in the fight toward racial, sexual orientation, gender identity, religious, areligious, disability, and neurodiverse equality through her work as co-founder of Physician Women SOAR (Support, Organize, Advocate, Reclaim). She also serves her community through her participation in BLACK (Black Leaders Acquiring Collective Knowledge). 

Rupert earned a bachelor of arts degree in foreign language (Spanish) and completed her medical degree and residency at the University of South Alabama. She completed her psychiatry fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
