Renee Schneider is a licensed clinical psychologist and lead in the Mental Health Center of Excellence at Google. She promotes the use of evidence-based interventions for mental health problems, with a special interest in supporting children, teens, and parents. She helps families navigate the challenges of autism or other learning and thinking differences.
She was the VP of clinical quality at Lyra Health, where she conducted clinical research on the efficacy of evidence-based approaches outside of academia. She also previously served as the VP of therapy at Brightline, a mental health start-up focused on children and teens.
She earned an undergraduate degree from UCLA and a doctoral degree from the University of Georgia. She completed postdoctoral fellowships at the Palo Alto VA and Stanford University School of Medicine.
