Olivia Thomas
Hi, I’m Olivia Thomas. I graduated from Whitman College, where I studied art. My thesis was painting on glass, and how to change our own perspective in times of turbulence.
I have dyslexia and slow processing, with a mood disorder that can sometimes get me down.
In my free time, I love watercolor painting to help me see the world in a new way. I also have a passion for food. I trained in an intense professional kitchen for three years and learned to respect the process of cooking.
I also helped to create a charity called The Marin Cake Project, where we worked with a local shelter to make specialty birthday cakes for the children living there—often it was their first cake ever. When I’m not cooking or painting, I’m working out, watching movies, and hanging out with my friends.
