Donna Volpitta, EdD, is a seasoned educator and speaker. She is the co-founder of the Mental Health Literacy Collaborative. Her Resilient Mindset Model — which combines neuroscience, psychology, and education — has been used in everything from parenting to corporate management.
Volpitta is the co-author of The Resilience Formula and the author of Neuroworld. She also co-created the Nametags Education Program and is an advisory board member of Kids Helping Kids. Volpitta also is a member of Nexus and the Character Collaborative, a former board member of the One Revolution Foundation, and an Ambassador for the Global Presence.
Volpitta received a bachelor of arts degree in psychology and teacher education from Middlebury College and a master of education degree from Boston University. She earned her doctor of education degree from Columbia University.
