Hey! My name is Jay and I’m a young journalist and freshman studying English communications at SUNY Potsdam.

As a child, I was diagnosed with ADHD. It was tough having so much energy and no way to disperse it, so I made it a mission to help others who dealt with ADHD as well as other learning differences. There are many options out there for people with learning differences. Let me show you around!
