Patricia Horan Latham, JD, is an attorney, arbitrator, and mediator who has practiced law for over 40 years. She is a member of the District of Columbia Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court. Latham is a member of the board of directors and past president of the Learning Disabilities Association of America. She is also a co-founder of Beacon College, in Leesburg, Florida, for students with learning disabilities and ADHD.
Latham serves on the panel of arbitrators and mediators of the American Arbitration Association, handling cases in the employment and commercial areas, and serves as an arbitrator for Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Her professional experience includes lecturing at Columbus School of Law, Catholic University of America, and co-authoring, with her husband Peter Latham, eight books on disability legal topics, including Special Education Law and Learning Disabilities/ADHD and the Law in Higher Education and Employment.
