Girls and women are just as likely to have learning and thinking differences as boys and men. But, they are diagnosed a third as often and are far more likely to go untreated, misdiagnosed, and unsupported.

Enter MissUnderstood: The ADHD in Women Channel, a collection of shows designed by women, for women with ADHD.

Brought to you by the Understood Podcast Network, MissUnderstood offers a safe space for women with ADHD. Listen to candid conversations, expert advice, and practical strategies to navigate the unique challenges and triumphs of being a woman with ADHD.

Episodes are released weekly on the MissUnderstood feed. Episodes range from 10-45 minutes and are available on video, audio, and written transcripts, making them accessible for listeners wherever they get their podcasts.
